Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD)

MLD promotes proper movement of lymph fluids that enhance lymphatic circulation; therefore, aid in detoxification, post-surgery recovery, and overall relaxation.

Relieve painful swelling

When something disrupts your lymphatic system’s process, lymph is collected in your arms and legs, making them swell. The therapist will use MLD techniques to move lymph from your tissues to your lymph nodes, which eases the swelling in your tissues (Cleveland Clinic).

Reduce cellulite

Cellulite is often associated with poor circulation and fluid retention in fat cells. By improving lymphatic flow, this massage technique may help lessen the appearance of cellulite.

Improve skin tone and texture

Enhanced lymphatic circulation promotes nutrient delivery and waste removal at the cellular level, leading to improved skin tone, reduced puffiness, and a more radiant complexion (Vairo).

Experience the difference

Clinically shown to decrease edema among patients
